This layout was just super fun to make. I actually used one of the Kits, from their newly created kit club. What I love is there is no obligation, and when you sign up to be notified when a new kit is released you get a coupon that will give you $5 off instantly, you can check it out here.
If you don't like the kit you don't have to buy it, no obligation! It really is a sweet deal.

Jon and I had a family wedding that we did not think we could attend. The wedding was in California, the girls were in school and well, gas isn't cheap! So, we told the family we could not go. Well, a few months went by and my mom was able to watch the girls, and everything else fell into place.
We called the bride and groom (our cousins) to tell them we would be able to make it after all and that we wanted to surprise Jon's mom and dad.
We hit the road, just the two of us, on Friday morning, drove to Sanger CA. (a 10 hour drive). As soon as we tracked down Jon's mom and dad, we walked into the backyard and around a corner. Jon's mom turned around, looked at us and couldn't believe that we were there. She ran up giving us hugs and kisses. It was a wonderful feeling surprising them both like that. We helped all day Saturday, that night was the wedding (with a photobooth that we had too much fun with) and then we left Sunday morning headed back to AZ. A quick little getaway for Jon and I.

Sorry it's been so long since the last post. I'm not going to make a habit of that!
We have been in full swing operation Sweet 16 Birthday for Shelby.
The madness is winding down and I'll be back with the invitaions I made for her party.
Thanks for stopping by!

Wow, that's a lot of driving in 1 weekend but so glad you got to go to the wedding and see your in-laws. Nice layout. Seems like you certainly did have a lot of fun with the photo booth. Good for you!
